Bearing Products

The Hocut 795 family of high lubricity soluble oils are designed for high speed form grinding and turning of bearing steels and used by leading bearing manufacturers, Their unique chemistry ensures long life and economical usage in both single sumps and centralised systems.

Hocut 800 series are classic semi-synthetic microfine emulsions which perform over a wide range of water hardnesses. Boron containing and boron free products are available for journal grinding, raceway form grinding and ring turning applications.

Houghto-Grind 500 series are mineral oil-free synthetic fluids for external journal grinding.  They have low air entrainment, excellent filterability and fines release and totally reject tramp oil..

Hocut TR2000 phase control coolant uses the latest vegetable oil chemistry and is the market’s most advanced coolant for central systems. By maintaining the balance of active constituents, cutting performance is maximized and product usage is minimized. Hocut TR000 also enables higher wheel speeds and reduced power consumption in grinding applications. Compatible vegetable oil based neat oils, slideways and hydraulic fluids complete the range.

Low viscosity Cut-Max grinding and honing oils perform finishing operations on bearing components. Cut-Max SH grades are ideal for CBN grinding of raceways while Cut-Max HO series honing oils are suitable for all types of tooling.

Houghto-Quench and Mar-Temp quenching oils meet the exacting requirements of today’s bearings industry. Applications include quenching of critical components for engine, landing gear, bearing and braking systems.

Our Rust Veto temporary rust preventives include solvent, oil and water based options with numerous products having Rolls Royce CSS122 approval.

Cerfa-Kleen wash chemical range is designed for high pressure ambient temperature systems giving extended tank life, low foam and energy savings.
